January is the month of resolutions and new beginnings. Whether you set goals every year or simply listen to the resolutions of others while you celebrate the turn of the year, setting goals can be a great way to plan for the future and imagine how we’d like the next few weeks, months or years to be.
In honor of the new year, we’ve decided to make January 2014 the month of resolutions on Parenthetical. Each week we’ll post an article related to some of the most common resolutions (For example: Eat healthier! Spend more time with family and friends! Be less stressed!) and share our thoughts on how these goals connect to teen development and parenting teens.
We’re curious, what do you make resolutions about? Tell us by selecting your common New Year’s resolutions in the poll below.

Happy New Year from all of us at Parenthetical!!!
