A website designed by the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford that provides information on male and female children, ages 13 to 18, and the specific changes that their bodies undergo in the adolescent years.

A website created by Virginia Cooperative Extension that gives information on adolescent Physical, Cognitive, and Psycho-Social changes, how these effect the teenage years and what you as a parent can do to help your child through these changes.


 A movie made by The Learning Channel (TLC) on the physical changes that occur in adolescence and specifically, what happens in the brain during this time.
